What is scraping?

Scratch coating is a widely used method of coating paint or ink, often used to create a flat, uniform and high-quality coating on a variety of surfaces. In scraping, paint or ink is applied to one side of a scraping tool called a scraper or scraper, which is then applied by scraping the scraper over the surface.

Scratch coating has many advantages, such as enabling a highly uniform coating, high repeatability and repeatability, large amounts of paint or ink can be applied in a short period of time, and can be applied to a variety of different surfaces and materials. Scratch coating can also be used in applications such as making high-precision prints, coatings and paints.

The coating effect of scratch coating depends on factors such as the shape, hardness, material and pressure of the scraper. By adjusting these factors, parameters such as coating thickness, coating speed, coating quality and surface gloss can be controlled to achieve the desired coating effect. The scratch coating technology can also be used in combination with other coating methods, such as spray coating and roll coating, etc., to achieve a more efficient coating process and a higher quality coating effect.
