In the last issue, we compared Defelsko's magnetic induction advanced Thickness Gauge with wire. In this issue, we mainly look at the advanced version of the eddy current Thickness Gauge with wire probe. We know that the mainstream measurement principles of coating Thickness Gauges at home and abroad are electromagnetic induction and eddy current. The eddy current Thickness Gauge under Defelsko can be divided into two dimensions: one is the eddy current probe with and without wire; the other is the single eddy current or eddy current + magnetic induction. Of course, as a good Thickness Gauge brand, there are also two versions, basic and advanced. In fact, Defelsko had 3 versions in the early years, including basic version, standard plate and advanced version. Later, the version with the lowest configuration was canceled, and the Thickness Gauge originally belonged to the standard plate was regarded as the lowest end, and the high-end version was still maintained. In terms of price, it has also dropped a lot.
Of course, as an electronic product, it is normal for the price to drop every few years, so we won't make any further comments. In this issue, let's take a look at the difference between the eddy current advanced version of the Thickness Gauge with a wire probe:
Like the electromagnetic induction series, the advanced version of eddy current has its own statistical function, and can also be analyzed by defelsko software, and the measurement data can be displayed intuitively through graphs. The main difference between the different models below lies in the probes of the Thickness Gauges. The measuring ranges and precisions extended by different probes are different. As for other aspects, it is basically the same. Look at the detailed comparison below
