What is the RAL Practical Series?
RAL EFFECT series is one of the RAL color product series. The collection contains 420 solid colors and 70 metallic colors that match the solid colors. The solid colors are produced based on water-based paint systems, and the 70 metallic colors are produced based on acrylic paints. RAL EFFECT series of colors are available in the coloring machines of many paint companies, which can provide all colors. Like the RAL DESIGN SYSTEM, the colors in the RAL EFFECT range do not have names like "Traffic Red" or "Sky Blue". The RAL EFFECT range contains 100 colors from the RAL CLASSIC range.
What is the difference between a 4-digit RAL color and a 4-digit color with "-M" at the end?
The RAL 4-digit code colors followed by a dash "-" are from the RAL EFFECT series, while the regular 4-digit code colors are from the RAL CLASSIC series.
