Mobile Air Compressor working principle, characteristics and precautions for use

There are many types of Air Compressors used by painters for painting, such as fixed and mobile Air Compressors. Air Compressor as an example:

Portable Air Compressor
(Mobile Air Pump)

When the motor is running, the crankshaft of the machine is driven to rotate through the belt and pulley, and the crankshaft and connecting rod make the piston reciprocate. When the piston goes down, the air is sucked into the cylinder by the intake valve, and when it goes up, the air entering the cylinder is compressed to generate pressure, and the cycle continues so that the air storage tank is filled with compressed air.Simple structure, small size, light weight, easy to move, easy to operate and maintain. The machine is equipped with a protection device, and the balance valve acts to make it run dry under super sub-conditions; when the pressure drops, it can automatically run under load. Under the rated pressure, the air pressure can be adjusted according to the work needs, so it is safe and reliable, and saves power consumption.

Note:

①Mobile Air Compressors should be placed in a clean and cool place with air circulation, and do not work in an environment such as dirty air, dusty air, or oil evaporation;

② Before starting the Air Compressor, add lubricating oil to the specified oil level, and then check whether there is any obstacle in the rotation of the Air Compressor. If it is normal, it can be started;

③ After start-up, it should run dry for a period of time. If there is no fault, you can gradually increase the pressure to the rated value. Check whether the work is normal during full-load operation, that is, check the temperature rise, air leakage, oil leakage and pressure changes, and Check the safety valve and pressure regulating valve, and confirm that they are all normal before they can be used officially;

④ Lubricating oil for Air Compressors, use HS-19 compressor oil in summer, and use HS-13 compressor oil in other seasons. Generally, it should be replaced after about 500 hours of use;

⑤The filter on the Air Compressor should be cleaned once every 250 hours of use under normal circumstances;

⑥The air storage tank on the Air Compressor should be cleaned and inspected once a year;

In addition, if the Air Compressor is used frequently, water should be released once every shift or 16 hours, and the safety valve should be checked every 3 months. If it is not used for a long time, the air valve on the cylinder should be removed and the oil seal Save it, and seal it with oil on the piston surface and openings of the cylinder to prevent corrosion.
