(2) Defoaming performance. The defoaming performance test is mainly to check the foam eliminating ability of the water-based degreaser solution. The test solution is prepared according to 30g/L or the instruction manual, and preheated to (30±2)°C, pour the test solution into the colorimetric volume plate so that the liquid level is 70mm away from the lower end of the stopper, cover the stopper, at (30±2)°C Take it out at constant temperature for 10 minutes at ℃, shake it up and down for 1 minute immediately, the height of the shaking distance is 0.33m, and the p frequency is about 100 times/min. (3) Emulsifying properties. The emulsification performance is measured by using a colorimetric measuring cylinder filled with 50mL of degreasing agent and a specified amount of No. 4 drawing oil. The temperature is 55°C, shaken 30 times at a uniform speed, and the distance is 400mm. Record the state of the working fluid with or without stratification. Phenomenon.
(4) Rinsing performance. The rinsing performance test is mainly used to check the performance of washing away the cleaning agent residue covered on the surface of the steel strip substrate by water. Take out the test piece after cleaning in the cleaning system and place it at an angle of 45° until it is dry, then immerse the dried test piece in distilled water for 10 times and then take it out and dry it with a hot air blower. Check the surface of the test piece Whether there is any residue of cleaning agent. Then drop a drop of absolute ethanol on the test piece, after the ethanol volatilizes naturally, check whether there is any white residue on the test piece.
(5) Corrosion contact performance to metal. The metal corrosion contact performance test is to immerse the gold test piece in the water-based degreasing agent aqueous solution at a certain temperature. The corrosion performance of the cleaning agent on the metal is evaluated by the weight loss of the test piece and the change of surface color.
