Description:
When measuring the gloss of the paint film with a fixed-angle photoelectric gloss meter, it is expressed as a percentage of the ratio of the "positive reflected light" from the surface of the paint film to the "positive reflected light" from the surface of the standard plate under the same conditions. If the amount of positive reflected light on the surface of the paint film and the surface of the standard plate is equal, the gloss of the paint film is 100%, and the gloss is the highest.
