1. Inspection principle

2. Tools and materials
(1) ink viscosity meter;

3. Inspection method
(1) Place the instrument on a stable workbench, adjust the level adjustment screw 4 so that the base 1 is at the level of the hand.
(2) Fill the two oil gus of the ink distribution rubber roller with engine oil for lubrication.
(3) Turn on the electric current, turn on the switch of the constant temperature Water Tank, and make the red light on. When the red light is on, it means that the electric heating is working, so that the temperature can be raised to 32°C and kept there.
(4) Put the shift lever 5 on the speed position, lift the handle 17 so that the synthetic rubber roller 10 rests on the metal roller 9, press the ink roller with 8 pounds of pressure on the metal roller 9, and turn on the motor switch , and rotate for 15 minutes.
(5) Put the cursor 14 at the "0" position on the scale, move the automatic device 16, and observe whether the scale 13 is balanced. If it is unbalanced, adjust the balance screw connected to the metal roller 9 on the left to make the scale in a balanced state , for the first balance (instrument balance), first turn off the brake and then turn off the switch.
(6) Fill the ink absorber 3 with the ink that has been transferred by the ink adjusting knife, and then spread the ink evenly on the synthetic rubber roller, rotate the motor shaft by hand to make each roller rotate and the ink that has been transferred by the ink, and then Spread the oil evenly on the synthetic rubber roller, rotate the motor shaft by hand to make each roller rotate and apply the ink evenly on the roller, then turn on the switch to make each roller rotate for half a minute and then start measuring data, within 1 minute Data fetched. The specific steps are to release the brake first, and then turn off the switch.
(7) When measuring the data of medium speed or high speed, you can put the shift lever in the hole of the speed.
4. Precautions
(1) Turn the gear box to the position where it is easy to move, and then start the button.
(2) The ink must be applied gently and evenly on the rubber roller with an ink absorber.
(3) Both ends of the ink distribution roller should be lubricated with ink frequently.
(4) After the test, the two rubber rollers should be quickly moved to the copper roller, and all the instruments should be wiped clean.
(5) The temperature of the constant temperature and Humidity Chamber is 25±1°C, and the humidity is 60~70%.
