一:概述一

LS105A透光率仪是一款宽谱线可见光(380nm~760nm)测量仪,LS105A的测试原理是采用三路完全相同的可见光源照射被测透明物质,感应器分别探测三路光源的入射光强和透过被测透明物质后的光强,透过光强与入射光强的比值即为透过率,用百分数表示。可以同时测试透明物质在三个不同测试点的可见光透光率,便于分析材料的光学均匀性。

LS105A仪器主要用于镀膜材料,有机材料,玻璃,涂料等透光物质的可见光透光率测试。特别适用于手机/MP3/MP4镜片,显示视窗,数码镜片,LCD导光板,亚克力(PMMA)和PC板材等的透光率检测。

1.外形尺寸:长160mm×宽115mm×高33mm;

2.测试槽尺寸:宽23mm×深76mm;

3.仪器重量:425克;

4.测量值<10%时,分辨率是0.1%;其他量程分辨率为1%;

5.测量精度:优于±2%(无色均匀透光物质),出厂用标准样板检测优于±1%;7.测量波长:380nm-760nm全波长;

8.9VAC/DC电源供电,也可用便携式外挂锂电池包供电。

三:仪器操作

LS105A透光率仪专业用于测试各种透明物质的可见光透光率。测量步骤如下:

1:插上电源,打开测试仪的电源开关。测试槽内为空,三个显示器的显示值都为“100”,表示无被测物时的透过率为100%。

2:将被测试物放入测试槽内。测试透明物质在三个不同测试点的可见光透光率。(下图手机镜片的透光率为85%,使用三路光源之中的任一路光源)

四:仪器特点

五:使用步骤及注意事项

1. Connect the instrument to a dedicated power supply, keep the test tank empty, and turn on the instrument switch;

2. Put the tested object into the test slot, and the tested object is as close to the left side of the test slot as possible;

3. The three display windows respectively display the visible light transmittance of the measured object at three different test points;

4. When the instrument is not in use, please turn off the power;

5. When the instrument is turned on for self-test and self-calibration, the test tank must be empty, otherwise the self-calibration cannot be completed;

6. Avoid contact with corrosive items and keep away from high temperature and high humidity environment.

7. When used continuously for a long time, due to the luminous efficiency of the LED light source (the temperature of the LED light source increases and the efficiency decreases) , the data in the three windows may not be displayed as 100. At this time, please turn off the power of the instrument, restart the self-test and self-test. Calibration does not affect measurement accuracy and normal use.

8. Occasionally, when there is no test object, the displayed data cannot return to 100, just restart the instrument immediately after shutting down.
