1. Purpose:
In order to ensure the normal operation of the instrument and ensure the reliability of the results, this operating procedure is specially formulated.
2. Scope of application:
laboratory
3. Responsibility:
Laboratory technicians should strictly follow the operating procedures, and the laboratory supervisor is responsible for supervising the implementation of the procedures.
4. Definition:
N/A
5. Safety precautions:
5.1 Make sure the outlet the power cord is plugged into is grounded.
5.2 To replace a blown fuse, please turn off the instrument and unplug the power cord.
6. Procedures:
6.1 Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch of the drug photostability Tester, the switch indicator light is on.
6.2 After the self-test of the instrument shows GOOD, press the SETUP key to set the parameters:
6.2.1 After the digital tube shows GOOD, the instrument needs to be set to work, press the SETUP button, the number 1 displayed on the digital tube indicates the first setting and cannot be modified; the number 240 indicates that the instrument runs continuously for 240 hours, which is the default parameter. It can be modified by the left and right keys for displacement and the increase and decrease keys, the maximum value is 999, and the minimum value is 1.
6.2.2 Press the SETUP key for the second time, the number 2 means the second setting, which cannot be modified; the number 1 is the default value, which means that there is a sampling in the middle, which can be modified by adding and subtracting keys, the maximum value is 3, and the minimum value is 0, that is The maximum number of sampling times can be set to 3 in the middle, and the minimum is 0 times.
6.2.3 Press the SETUP key for the third time, the number 3 means the third setting, which cannot be modified; the number 120 is the default value, which means that when the halfway sampling time is 120 hours, it can be modified by moving left and right and increasing and decreasing keys, but the value cannot exceed The value is set for the first time. If the second sampling times is 2 or 3 times, then the value of the set sampling time should be within the value range set for the first time, and the value set for the third time is smaller than the value set for the fourth time. If the set sampling times (that is, press the SETUP key for the second time) is 0 or 1 time, then the parameter setting ends here; if the midway sampling times is 2 times, the sampling setting continues, see 6.2.4.
6.2.4 Press the SETUP button for the fourth time, the number 4 displayed on the digital tube means the fourth setting, which cannot be modified; the number 180 is the default value, which means that the second sampling in the middle is at 180 hours, which can be shifted left and right and increased or decreased key to modify, but the value range is the first sampling time and the instrument running time. If the midway sampling time is 3 times, please refer to 6.2.5 for setting
6.2.5 Press the SETUP key for the fifth time, and the number 5 displayed on the digital tube indicates the fifth setting, which cannot be modified; the number 210 is the default value, which means that the third sampling in the middle is at 210 hours, which can be shifted left and right and increased or decreased key to modify, but the value range is the second sampling time and the running time of the instrument. When all settings are completed, press the SETUP button again, and the parameter settings will be displayed in a cycle. If the settings are set out of specification or incorrectly, the setup will not continue until within specification values.
6.3 If you want to change the running time or the sampling times and time during the operation of the instrument, you can first press the START/STOP key to temporarily stop the instrument, and then press the SETUP key to modify the parameters. The setting method is the same as above, only the instrument is running The default time value is the minimum hour value of the current remaining time of the instrument. After the parameter is modified, the instrument will run according to the new setting value.
6.4 The instrument has two display interfaces. After the parameter setting is completed, after switching to the first state setting value, press the START/STOP key, and the instrument starts to run. The default display status is the remaining time, that is, if the running time of the instrument is set to 240 hours, then after pressing the START/STOP button, the red light under the clock symbol will flash, and the digital tube will display the running time of the instrument. Manually press the up or down key, the red light under the light bulb symbol will flash, and the digital tube will display the current illuminance value. At this time, if no switch button is pressed, the digital tube will change the light intensity value every 18 seconds, fluctuating around 4500.
6.5 After the parameters are set, press the START button, and the instrument starts to run.
6.6 If midway sampling is set, when the running time is up, the instrument will give an audible and visual alarm for 3 minutes. At this time, please open the upper cover of the instrument directly, take out the sample, and then turn off the instrument. There is no need to turn off the power or modify the parameters. reset.
6.7 After the instrument is running, please turn off the power switch of the instrument first, and then take samples.
