Phenomenon: the non-pattern part of the printed matter has a color.
Reason: The general reason is the scraper problem, among which there are scraper problems caused by ink, such as:
(1) There are sundries in the ink, and the particles are rough.
(2) The ink viscosity is too high.
(3) The ink has too strong adhesion to the plate cylinder.
(4) The ink dries too fast or too slow.
It is also caused by the plate roller;
(1) The roller is poorly processed.
(2) The pattern is too deep.
(3) The chrome plating material is poor.
Also caused by a scraper;
(1) The scraper is not straight and damaged.
(2) Inappropriate pressure.
(3) The angle between the scraper and the roller is not suitable.
Treatment method: due to ink, pre-filter, adjust to proper viscosity, adjust dryness and adhesion; if due to roller, use smooth roller, correct pattern, and evenly chrome-plate. If it is due to the scraper, use a straight and sharp scraper to adjust the angle and pressure of the knife.
