2. How to use
Hold the sensor against the measured part and try to keep the vibrating pen perpendicular . Press a button to start measuring.
The measuring range of this machine is 0.1~199.9mm/s(rms). When the upper limit is exceeded, 1 will be displayed. If the button is released, the LCD will display "HOLD", and the measured value immediately before the button is released will be kept for about 40 seconds, and the machine will automatically shut down .
When the LCD displays "BATT", it means that the battery should be replaced, otherwise it cannot, to ensure the accuracy of the measured value. When changing batteries, please replace both batteries at the same time.

4. Matters needing attention
Note 1: When replacing the battery, pay attention to the positive pole of the battery facing "
" .
Note 2: This machine has no data memory function, if you need to keep the test data, you need to make a written record.
Note 3: The measurement point should be selected on the bearing, bearing support or other structural components that have a significant response to the dynamics and can represent the overall vibration characteristics of the machine; in order to determine the vibration characteristics of each measurement position, it is necessary to measure on three mutually Measure in the vertical direction.
Keep the pen vibrometer perpendicular to the surface of the measured object during measurement. The sensor head of the pen-type vibrometer should be in close contact with the surface of the measured object, and the pressure is about 5-20N, so that the vibration of the measured object can be accurately transmitted to the sensor.
