1. Purpose and scope of application:
VC63B Vibration Meter is a pocket-sized instrument used to measure mechanical vibration displacement, vibration intensity and vibration acceleration.
Features:
1. The sensor adopts high-strength magnet to absorb and measure the object, and the vibration signal is collected more accurately.
2. The sensor and the display meter adopt a separate structure, which is convenient for different angles and measurement environments in different spaces, and is more conducive to practical applications.
3. The instrument is powered by a 9V laminated battery, which has low voltage detection and indication functions. When the battery voltage drops to a value that affects the measurement accuracy, a battery symbol will appear on the LCD to remind the user to replace the battery.
4. With automatic shutdown function, the battery has a longer service life.
5. The instrument has a latch function, and the data can be latched after releasing the measurement key, which is convenient for reading.
6. The instrument can measure the half-peak value of the vibration acceleration, the root mean square value of the velocity, and the peak-peak value of the displacement, thus meeting various vibration measurement needs.

4. Working principle:
The acceleration sensor signal is firstly filtered and amplified to obtain the acceleration signal, and then the speed signal is obtained through the first-level integration, and the displacement signal is obtained through the first-level integration of this signal, and one of these three signals is selected by the measurement selection switch for AC-DC conversion. And A/D conversion, and finally send three and a half LCD screen display.

5. Use:
1. Battery installation
Open the cover of the battery box on the back of the instrument, put the 6F22 type 9V laminated battery into the battery box, pay attention to the positive and negative polarity of the battery, and then close the cover.
2. Check the power supply
Press the measurement button and observe the display. If there is a battery replacement sign on the left end of the display, it means that the battery voltage is low and a new battery needs to be replaced. If there is no sign displayed, it indicates that the voltage is normal and can be measured. (It will automatically shut down after one minute when the button is released)
3. Select the measurement method
Toggle the measurement selection switch of the vibrometer, you can choose to measure acceleration, velocity or displacement, and the arrow on the right side of the display will point to the selected measurement unit, as shown in the figure:

4. Measurement
Adsorb the sensor to the vibration vertical section of the measured object, insert the signal line connected to the sensor into the "sensor input" socket on the left side of the meter, press the measurement button with the thumb, and the meter immediately enters the measurement state; release the button, and the
The measured value is held; press the measurement key again to continue the measurement. The data will be kept for one minute after the key is released, and the meter will automatically shut down at the same time.
6. Maintenance
(1) The instrument may have no display due to damage to the sensor signal line or poor contact, and the condition of the wire should be checked frequently;
(2) The sensor core adopts a fully enclosed structure, which cannot be disassembled except for the signal transmission line.
(3) If the meter is not used for a long time, please take out the battery to avoid corrosion of the meter.
