2. Purpose

1. Turn on the power: connect the cable, turn on the power switch, and the LCD screen will display "ChangChunBoYan" (Changchun Boyan). After a few seconds: "PleaesePressKey" is displayed.

2. Place the test piece: press the "Unlock/Stop" button, the door lock will pop open automatically, and the LCD screen will display "Lidisopen" (the lock has been opened). Open the upper cover, install the centrifuge rotor and test pieces (the test pieces, test tubes, cards, etc. need to be put in even numbers and symmetrically), then press the upper cover to lock the cover, and the LCD screen will display "Ready".

3. Run the program: press the "Program" button, select the desired program number, and then press the "Run/(+)" button. The centrifuge starts to work, and counts down. When the work is over, the door lock will automatically pop open, accompanied by a prompt sound.

Note: If the door lock is not locked, press the "Run/(+)" key, and the LCD screen will display "CloseTheLid!" (Please close the door!) with a prompt sound. At this time, press the upper cover to lock the cover lock, and it can be operated.

4. Stop operation: Press the "unlock/stop" button during operation, the operation will stop, and the door lock will automatically pop open after stopping, accompanied by a prompt sound.

5. Set the program: Press the "Setting" button, the LCD screen will start to flash from the first digit of the program number, and then press the "Setting" button to move the flashing digit to the right, and so on to set the program digit sequence. After the program bit sequence is set, press the "run/(+)" key to add 1 to the blinking bit value, then touch the "run/(+)" key to add 1 to the blinking bit value, and so on to set the program bit value. After all the program bit sequences and bit values are set, press the "Program" key to stop flashing and save.

6. Matters needing attention

1. The table on which the centrifuge is placed should be solid and flat, and the four rubber feet should be in contact with the table and be evenly stressed to avoid vibration.

2. The power supply needs to have a ground wire.

3. When the centrifuge is working, do not move the centrifuge, and do not open the upper cover.

4. After starting up, if there is no display on the LCD screen, please check the power supply and fuse.

5. Sometimes when the program displays incorrect characters, please turn off the power, and turn it on again after a few seconds to clear it.

6. If the cover lock cannot be opened due to an accident, you can use a lock-unlocking screwdriver to push through the hole on the right side of the box to open the lock.

7. After the work of the day is over, cover the upper cover, lock the cover and turn off the power.
