1. Check before operation
The surroundings of the centrifuge are well ventilated, at least 30 cm away from high walls and other equipment;
Check the threaded parts such as rotor screws and rotor cover, and the rotating parts such as horizontal rotor hanging basket ears. If it is dry, apply lubricating grease;
The centrifuge chamber needs to be kept dry, pay attention to check whether there are particles or impurities in the rotor chamber and the adapter chamber, and clean it in time;
For continuous use, the rotor has been fixed on the motor shaft, the rotor screw should be loosened for two turns first, then tightened, and then the rotor cover should be screwed;
After the high core tube is filled with samples, it needs to be balanced first, and then placed symmetrically in the rotor or adapter;
It is strictly forbidden to visually balance, the rotor is placed vertically on the motor shaft, and the rotor fastening bolts are tightened;
After the same rotor is trimmed, tall core tubes of different sizes can be loaded symmetrically, and the horizontal rotor needs to be loaded in all positions;
Centrifuge contaminated samples only in rotors or baskets with sealed lids;
Highly flammable and explosive samples are prohibited;
Pay attention to the maximum speed of the high-core tube of the glass material. When the speed reaches 4000 rpm or more, there will be a danger of breaking;
When the centrifuged sample density is greater than 1.2 g/m3, the maximum speed of the rotor needs to be reduced accordingly.
2. Check during operation
After starting, you need to wait for special observation, the high-speed machine runs to the highest speed, and it can only be opened after it is stable;
During the operation, if there is a normal sound or an alarm, stop the machine immediately, and only after the alarm information is resolved can it be used again;
In the event of a power outage or failure, the door cannot be opened, and it is necessary to wait for the operation to completely stop before using the emergency door opener to manually open the cover.
3. Inspection after operation
After each use of the centrifuge, especially the refrigerated model, it is necessary to take out the rotor, open the submersibles, cold spot removal water, etc., let it dry naturally, and then close the lid; wipe off the condensation on the rotor, hanging basket, adapter and other accessories For liquids such as water, turn them upside down on the collection surface and let them dry naturally; it is strictly forbidden to operate the machine when there are liquid substances in the centrifuge cavity;
If the rotor is found to be corroded or cracked, it should be replaced immediately. It is necessary to regularly use the provided varnish (70104) to maintain the outer surface of the special sub, product basket and adapter to avoid corrosion;
If the broken glass tube breaks during the centrifugation process, the centrifuge cavity, casing, etc. should be cleaned of debris, otherwise it will damage the high-speed centrifuge; if the centrifuge tube has color changes, deformation, leakage, etc., it needs to be stopped. use;
Regularly use neutral cleaning agents, such as soapy water, to clean the centrifuge ash and residual samples, but toxic and radioactive substances should be handled specially; regularly use the aspirator to clean the ash in the compressor and other parts.
