1. Product overview:
THV-5 small load Vickers Hardness Tester is a new type of Hardness Tester that combines precision machinery with light, electricity and computer software. It can be used to test Vickers or Knoop hardness, and the hardness value can be calculated by inputting the measured diagonal value into the all-in-one calculator. The test carried out by this machine is carried out in accordance with relevant standards of GB/T4340.1-1999 and EN-ISO 6507.
The test consists of two parts. In the first part, the diamond indenter is driven by a known force and pressed into the surface of the material under test. In the second part, the user measures the diagonal length of the indentation and inputs the measured reading into the host computer, and then the host computer calculates the corresponding Vickers or Knoop hardness value.
