1) Before opening the barrel, tilt the barrel and shake it vigorously. If you hear a buzzing sound, it means that the paint liquid has not been gelled or hepatic, and is still in its original state.
2) Turn the barrel upside down and tap the bottom of the barrel with your fingers, there should be no real sound. If there is a real sound, it means that it has sunk to the bottom and agglomerated.
3) When the bucket is opened, there is no crust or only slight crust on the surface of the paint layer. Although there is precipitation, it can be stirred evenly. The color meets the requirements and the viscosity is moderate, which is suitable for construction.
4) After stirring, use a rod to pick up the paint for observation. The flow of good paint from the rod should be continuous and uninterrupted. If it is interrupted and there is back knotting, it means that the paint has begun to gel.
As long as one of the above items is abnormal, it should be made into a model for further assessment and testing.
