Powder electrostatic spraying equipment is mainly composed of five parts
(1) High voltage electrostatic generating system
It is composed of a high-voltage generator and a voltage doubler box. It is the key equipment in powder coating. Its output DC voltage can reach 80-l00kv. The output current is in the range of 50 ~ 300µA.
(2) Powder supply system
It is composed of an Air Compressor, a water separator, a pressure regulating valve, an oil-water separator, a powder feeder, a barometer and an air and powder delivery pipe. The function of this system is to filter the compressed air and deliver an appropriate amount of air pressure to ensure smooth powder supply and to change the powder supply according to the requirements of the operation.
(3) Spraying system
That is, the powder booth. It is composed of electrostatic powder spraying gun, powder spraying cabinet and recovery device, etc. Electrostatic powder spraying and powder recovery are carried out within the scope of this system, which can prevent environmental pollution.
(4) Curing system
It is composed of a drying car and a drying room. The drying car is a convenient transportation tool that can not only place large workpieces, but also hang small workpieces. The drying room is an important equipment for heating the workpiece to melt and solidify the paint.
(5) Auxiliary equipment
Including sand blasting machines, chemical treatment tanks, powder sieving machines, balances and various containers.
