(1) The distance between the Spray Gun and the two guns should be at least one meter. If the two guns cannot be on the same plane, the distance between the guns should be farther to reduce or avoid paint mist splashing.
(2) High voltage, high coating rate, generally choose 80,000 to 90,000 volts, if it is too high, it is not economical, it is not necessary,
(3) The distance between the Spray Gun and the workpiece is generally 25~30cm, and when it exceeds 40cm, the coating rate will drop significantly.
(4) Pole needle and lead wire There is a negative electric field around the pole needle and wire. Improper position will cause excessive paint splash. It is necessary to install the wire and pole needle a little behind the spray cup to prevent paint mist from splashing back.
(5) The rotating speed of the Spray Gun is high, the linear speed is high, the paint has many particles, and the formed film is smooth; on the contrary, the paint particles are thick and there will be traces of precision.
(6) Factors affecting the atomization area, the larger the spray cup diameter, the larger the atomization area, and the fine particles. On the contrary, the atomization area is small, and the fog particles are also thick; the voltage is high, and the atomization area is small. On the contrary, it is large; The faster the rotation speed of the cup, the larger the area of multi-forming and the finer the mist particles, otherwise the smaller the atomization surface and the thicker the mist particles; the viscosity of the paint also has a certain influence on the effect of electrostatic spraying, the general viscosity is 33-37s (coating 4 cups ) as well. The higher the viscosity, the worse the effect
(7) The workpiece suspension requires that under the principle of non-collision, the pitch of the hanger should be shortened as much as possible, so that the paint loss is small and the output is large; the distance between the workpiece and the conveyor belt should generally be more than one meter, and the distance between the ground and the conveyor belt should be too close , It will make the first part of the chemical paint be sucked to the ground and make the conveyor belt and the electrostatic roof drip paint.
(8) Coating properties Electrostatic spraying should use coatings that are easy to charge, generally based on resistivity. The resistivity of the coating is 5-50MΩ·CM, and the solvent used for electrostatic spraying should also be selected with high polarity, high boiling point, and good solubility, which is beneficial to the quality of the coating.
