The third-grade water can be stored in the Water Tank, while the first-grade Water is taken immediately and cannot be stored. Therefore, customers should take water according to their needs during daily use, and try not to use first-class water when they can use third-class water, so as to reduce the use and consumption of consumables.
RO Membrane Protection
The reverse osmosis membrane is a very important part of the ultrapure water machine. Because its pore size is very small, microscopic substances such as bacteria often deposit on the surface during use, so it must be cleaned in time. If it is not used for a long time, it needs to be taken out and soaked in disinfectant to avoid the growth of bacteria.
PP and AC filter elements
Activated carbon filter (AC) mainly removes odor and organic matter in water through adsorption. There is residual chlorine in tap water, so it needs to be removed by activated carbon. The PP filter element can filter large impurities such as sediment particles. The new filter element is white. If it takes a long time, the surface will accumulate dirt and turn brown, which means that the filter element cannot be used. From experience, the service life of PP filter elements is generally 3-6 months, and the specific time depends on the water quality of the incoming water.
Purification column
The purification unit of Ecopure has a purification column, and its function is to treat the tertiary water to the level of ultrapure water. Due to the relatively sophisticated internal design of the purification column, the user can upload the operation data of the ultrapure water machine to the AICOPU intelligent system, and the AICOPU engineer will analyze the data, and the engineer will provide the user with detailed suggestions for maintenance and replacement of consumables.
