The control scope and method are more comprehensive and complex than coating control. .

Coating raw materials mainly refer to three items such as degreasing agent, chemical liquid, and coil material coating. The quality control of degreasing agent mainly refers to: cleaning ability, defoaming performance, emulsifying performance, rinsing performance, corrosion performance to metal.
The quality control of chemical liquid mainly refers to three indicators: appearance, film weight or film thickness and corrosion resistance.
The quality control of color-coated coatings mainly refers to how to evaluate the state of the coating through visual inspection after the coating enters the warehouse, how to take relevant measures to prevent the coating from becoming sick during the storage process, and to use various instruments in the laboratory to test the coating before it is put on the machine. Product performance is tested in several aspects such as viscosity, fineness, solid content, color and density.
