This topic uses OSP mayer-rods (and scrapers) D10-OSP1.5-L0250 and D10-OSP15-L0250 produced by Aosiji Trading (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. for brush plating. The difference between the two scrapers of different specifications is that the wet film thickness after brushing is 1.5 microns and 15 microns, respectively. The OSP mayer-rod uses a precision mold to process concave and convex corrugated curves on the surface of the steel rod using cold extrusion processing technology, which has the same coating effect as the traditional mayer-rod. Since the surface is not wrapped with fine steel wire, the steel wire will not be loosened and broken. Moreover, due to its smooth surface curve, it is easier to clean. As shown in the figure below.
