There is no method for measuring hardness in my country's national standard. The ministry standard HGZ-507-67 has been used for a long time. It is generally recognized that this method has high accuracy, but it is time-consuming and tiresome. Now it is going to be changed to the photoelectric counting method to measure hardness. The pendulum rods specified in ISO1522-73 are all simple pendulums, which are worth suggesting. my country's Ministry of Standards stipulates that the total mass of the pendulum is 120 ± z grams, while ISO1522-73 stipulates that it is 00 ± 0.2 grams or 500 ± 0.2 grams. It seems that the ISO pendulum does not seem to be suitable for the situation in our country, because sometimes the coating film in our country is not dry enough to measure the hardness, so the hardness value will vary greatly. ASTM D1474 stipulates two methods for measuring the hardness of the notch. Compared with the pendulum Hardness Tester, it is close to the real hardness in principle, but the instrument is more complicated.
