"Preparation and process research of wear-resistant transparent super-hydrophobic film" introduces the use of orthosilicate as raw material, using sol-gel method, under acidic conditions, to prepare colorless and transparent SiO2 sol as the upper and lower layers; Hydrophobic treated SiO2 powder (R974) is used as the middle layer; "SiO2 sol/R974/SiO2 sol" sandwich coating is prepared on the surface of glass substrate; the preparation experiment of transparent wear-resistant superhydrophobic film can be obtained by fluorosilane modification. And evaluate the performance. Characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AEM), the film layer has a layered concave-convex structure. The contact angle of the obtained film is greater than 150°, the visible light transmittance is 85.6%, and the haze is less than 2%. After the wear resistance test, the contact angle was 102.0°, the visible light transmittance was 85.6%, and the haze was less than 1.0%. The effects of sol concentration, heat treatment temperature and coating method on the film performance were investigated.
