Study on curing analysis and performance of hydrophilic anti-fog and wear-resistant transparent coating

Zhang Ying, Xie Bin and other scholars from Jilin University and Petroleum Jilin Petrochemical Company introduced the author's research on hydrophilic anti-fog and wear-resistant transparent coatings in their paper "Cure Analysis and Performance Research of Hydrophilic Anti-fog and Wear-resistant Transparent Coatings". The experimental process of curing analysis and performance research of the coating, firstly, by preparing a hydrophilic anti-fog and wear-resistant coating, and then analyzing the curing reaction process of the coating, and evaluating the anti-fog performance, abrasion resistance, transparency, Adhesion and crack resistance were tested.

The results show that the anti-fog coating is cured at around . Then use FTIR to track the changes of the absorption peaks of the characteristic functional groups during the curing reaction process, and determine the good curing reaction process conditions: T gel = 50 ℃, constant temperature 0.5h, Tcure = 110 ℃, constant temperature 2h. Then the paint is coated on the PC sheet, PET film, and PET self-adhesive film respectively. The anti-fogging properties, abrasion resistance, transparency, adhesion, and crack resistance of the obtained coating are good, and the surface is uniform and smooth. The hardness can reach 1-2 H, and the contact angle with water is about 30°.
