1. The maintenance of this machine should pay attention to the following points:
1. The machine is made of 45# steel and polished rods. It needs regular oiling and anti-rust oiling treatment for the machine every week. Check whether the fixing screws are loose. If so, please reinforce and tighten them.

2. Several basic troubleshooting of this machine
Fault situation 1: Turn on the power switch, but the power switch indicator light is not on;
The possible reasons are: ①The power supply is not input; ②The fuse is burnt; ③The power cord is broken;
Remedy: ① Ask an electrician to check and repair the power supply line; ② Replace the fuse with the same capacity; ③ Replace the power cord.
Fault situation 2: press the "Forward" (or Back) button, the machine cannot run;
The possible reasons are: ①Check whether the "governor" has returned to zero; ②The machine has moved to a limited position; ③The motor is burned;
Remedy: ①Slowly rotate the "governor" knob to the right to increase the speed; ②Adjust the position of the limit switch; ③Replace the motor;
Failure situation 3: The fuse has been repeatedly burned and cannot be used;
The possible reasons are: ① Abnormal input voltage ② Abnormal motor;
Remedy: ① Ask an electrician to check and restore the normal power supply ② The motor is damaged, repair or replace the motor.
