The spraying process is widely used in all walks of life. The production efficiency of the spraying operation is high, and it is suitable for manual work and industrial automation production. It is widely used in hardware, plastics, furniture, military industry, ships and other fields. Coating method; such as the reflector of the lamp and the barium sulfate inside the integrating sphere are all sprayed.
The requirements for the reflectivity of materials after spraying are getting higher and higher. However, photoelectric integral color measuring instruments can only measure color information, but cannot measure the reflection spectrum of the surface. Only spectroscopic color measuring instruments can measure the surface of the object under different wavelengths. Reflectance, such as CS-580, CS-600, CS-610, CS-660 series of Spectrophotometer s can measure the reflectance spectrum of sprayed materials.
The sprayed plate shown in the figure below is taken as an example, and the reflectance of the sprayed material is measured by a CS-600 Spectrophotometer .

Turn on the power and perform black and white calibration on the instrument.
Place the test sample under the test port of the instrument to ensure that the sample is in close contact with the test aperture to prevent ambient light from entering the measurement system.
Press the test button to measure the sample and get the color parameter value, as shown in the figure below

By selecting the display content as spectral reflectance, the spectral reflectance of the sample surface is displayed, as shown in the figure below:

Use the up and down keys to move the cursor to display the reflectance at each wavelength, as shown in the figure 550nm, the reflectance is 96.50

Connect the instrument to the computer software through a USB data cable. After measurement, the software displays the reflectance spectrum of the sample and the spectral reflectance of each wavelength. The data can be exported to excel by saving to keep the file for subsequent data analysis.
