1. Plug in the power supply, the standby indicator light is on; turn on the power switch, the flashing number displayed by the digital tube of the speed control and timing system is the factory setting of the working speed of the machine; the digital tube of the temperature control system displays the temperature of the centrifugal chamber at this time.
2. Set the working parameters of the machine, such as working temperature, running time, working speed, etc.
3. Press the run key on the control panel, and the centrifuge starts to run. During the preset acceleration time, its speed rises to the preset value.
4. During the preset running time (not including deceleration time), the centrifuge starts to decelerate, and its speed drops to zero within the preset deceleration time.
5. Press the stop button on the control panel, the digital tube will display dcdT, and after a few seconds, it will display the flashing speed value, and the machine is ready for the next work.
6. Precautions:
(1) Except for the working temperature, running speed and running time, please do not change the working parameters , so as not to affect the performance of the machine.
(2) Check the rotor for scratches and corrosion before use. At the same time, check the centrifugal cup for cracks and aging. If you find any doubts, stop using it immediately and contact the manufacturer; be sure to tighten the rotor before starting up. Tighten the nut to prevent the high-speed rotating rotor from flying out and causing accidents .
(3) The speed setting must not exceed the maximum speed to ensure the safe operation of the machine.
(4) If 0.00 or other numbers appear during use, the machine does not run, and the power should be turned off, and then restarted after 10 seconds. After the set speed is displayed, press the operation button again, and the machine will run as usual.
(5) If the specific gravity of the separated sample exceeds 1.2 g/cm3, the maximum speed N needs to be as follows
fix:
N=N Max *√1.2 Specific gravity of the sample (N Max is the limit speed of the rotor)
(6) Do not open the cover door when the machine is running or the rotor is not stopped to avoid accidents .
(7) The centrifuge cup needs to be filled with samples in equal amounts, and the rotor must not be run under unbalanced conditions.
(8) It is better not to run the centrifuge for more than 60 minutes at a time.
(9) The centrifuge needs to be reliably grounded; if the machine is not in use, please unplug the power plug.
