Operating procedure:
1. Plug in the power supply, the standby indicator light is on; turn on the power switch, the flashing number on the digital display of the speed control and timing system is the factory setting of the machine's working speed; the digital tube of the temperature control system displays the temperature .
2. Set the working parameters of the machine, such as working temperature, running time, working speed, etc.
3. Press the run key on the control panel, and the centrifuge starts to run. During the preset acceleration time, its speed rises to the preset value.
4. During the preset running time (not including the acceleration time), the centrifuge starts to decelerate, and its speed drops to zero within the preset deceleration time.
5. Press the stop button (STOP) on the control panel, the digital tube will display dcdT, and after a few seconds, it will display the flashing speed value, and the machine is ready for the next work.
6. Precautions:
a) Do not change the working parameters of the machine arbitrarily except for the working temperature, running speed and running time.
b) Please be sure to tighten the compression nut of the rotor before starting up and running, so as to avoid accidents caused by flying out of the rotor rotating at high speed.
c) The speed setting must not exceed the maximum speed.
d) Do not open the cover door when the machine is running or the rotor is not stopped.
e) The centrifuge cup should be balanced before putting it in.
f) It is better not to run the centrifuge for more than 60 minutes at a time.
