1. Before use, you need to check whether the knobs on the panel are in the specified positions (that is, the power is in the off position , the potentiometer and timer are in the zero position)
2. Open the cover door, put the centrifuge tubes filled with the same amount of test solution symmetrically into the rotor holes, and then close the cover door.
3. Turn on the power, the indicator light will be on.
4. If refrigeration is required, press the refrigeration switch, the refrigeration indicator light is on, and the compressor starts to work.
5. Turn timer to desired time scale.
6. Turn the speed knob, the rotor starts to run, and the tachometer pointer will indicate the actual speed.
7. After the rotor runs for the set time, the rotor will automatically slow down until it stops completely, and the pointer of the tachometer will reset to zero.
8. After the rotor has come to a complete stop, open the door and take out the centrifuge tubes.
9. Cut off the power supply, reset the switches and knobs.
