1. Before use, lightly press the chassis to make the rubber suction cup at the bottom of the unit stick to the table. If you want to move the position, just pull up the suction cups one by one to move.
2. After plugging in the power supply, turn on the power switch, and the power indicator light will be on. Turn the speed control knob to a certain position to preselect the rotational speed, then turn the timer knob to the desired time selection position, the centrifuge will start working, and the working indicator light will be on at the same time. After the working time of the centrifuge is over, the timer will automatically cut off the power supply, and the centrifuge will stop working.
3. This machine uses centrifuge tubes with covers (0.3ml, 0.5ml, 1.5ml, 5ml), and the height of the liquid surface is approximately the same according to the visual inspection. After the first centrifugation, the centrifuge tube must be removed immediately.
4. If you need to use a 0.5ml centrifuge tube, you can cut off the cap of the 1.5ml centrifuge tube, insert the 0.5ml centrifuge tube into the rotor symmetrically and then centrifuge.
5. If you need to use a 0.3ml centrifuge tube, you can put the 0.3ml centrifuge tube into the test tube cover (polytetrafluoroethylene plastic) and put it into the rotor symmetrically.
6. If you need to filter the sample, you can drill a small hole in the cap of the centrifuge tube, put it in a round filter paper, pour the sample on the filter paper and put it into the rotor symmetrically.
7. The ideal time for each centrifugation is 30 minutes.
