1. Before use, you need to check whether the knobs on the panel are in the specified positions (that is, the power is in the off position, the speed control knob and the timing knob are in the zero position).
2. Put the same amount of sample in each test tube, and then put it into the rotor symmetrically, so as to avoid vibration during the operation of the machine due to uneven weight and asymmetrical placement.
3. After the test tube is put in, tighten the nut, cover the plexiglass cover, turn on the power, turn on the power switch, and the indicator light is on.
4. Use the timing knob to select the desired time, then adjust the speed control knob to the desired speed, and the instrument will run at the selected speed and time.
5. When the time is up, the speed control knob needs to be turned back to zero position, and the test tube can be taken out for analysis after the machine stops.
6. Do not open the plexiglass cover door at will when the instrument is rotating at high speed.
7. After the experiment is completed, wipe the rotor and the instrument clean to prevent corrosion caused by contamination of the test solution.
