1. Before use, you need to check whether the knobs on the panel are in the specified position (that is, the power is in the off position, the potentiometer and timer are in the zero position).
2. Put the same amount of sample in each test tube, and then put it into the rotor symmetrically, so as not to cause the whole machine to vibrate during operation due to uneven and asymmetric placement.
3. After the test tube is put in, cover the plexiglass cover, and then turn on the power, and the indicator light will be on.
4. Turn the timer to the desired time.
5. Rotate the speed knob, the rotor starts to run, and the tachometer pointer will indicate the actual speed.
6. After the rotor runs for the set time, the rotor will automatically slow down until it stops completely, and the pointer of the tachometer will return to zero.
Notice:
1. Check the centrifuge tube for cracks and aging before use, and replace it if necessary.
2. After use, it should be dried and stored.
3. Protect the rotor to prevent corrosion caused by acid and alkali contamination.
4. If you want to change the timing range, you need to adjust it after the rotor has stopped running completely.
