1. Before use, the speed control potentiometer needs to be adjusted to the zero position.
2. Put the same amount of sample in each test tube, and then put it into the rotor symmetrically, so as to avoid vibration during the operation of the machine due to uneven weight and asymmetrical placement.
3. After the test tube is put in, tighten the nut, close the lid, and turn on the power.
4. Use the timing knob to select the desired time, then adjust the speed control knob to the desired speed, and the instrument will run at the selected speed and time.
5. When the time is up, the speed control knob needs to be turned back to zero position, and the test tube can be taken out for analysis after the machine stops.
6. When the instrument is not in use, it is necessary to cut off the power of the machine.
7. After the experiment is completed, wipe the rotor and the instrument clean to prevent corrosion caused by contamination of the test solution.
