1 Turn on the power

2. Put a piece of white paper on the condenser, unscrew the fixing screw of the equal seat, move or rotate the lamp holder, make the filament image on the paper, tighten the fixing screw, move the handle of the condenser to make the image of the filament clear, and then take out the white paper.

3 Slide the annular diaphragm slide on the condenser to the through hole.

4 The exit distance of the binocular tube should be consistent with the interpupillary distance of people.

5 Put the specimen on the stage, turn the 10X objective lens into the optical path, observe with the 10X eyepiece, rotate the coarse and micro handwheels to image the specimen; Turn the wheel to make the image of the field diaphragm clearly visible in the field of view of the eyepiece, then use the adjustment screw to make the field diaphragm concentric with the optical axis, turn diaphragm to make the field diaphragm slightly larger than the eyepiece diaphragm That's it.

6 It is also necessary to adjust the diopter during observation. Turn the 40X objective lens into the optical path to observe with the right eye, rotate the fine handwheel to make the specimen image, and then observe with the left eye.

7 Rotate the aperture diaphragm rotary ring to match the size of the aperture diaphragm with the numerical aperture of the objective lens to obtain better contrast.

8 In the coarse and fine focusing mechanism with the same axis and guide rail, the adjusting handwheel is used to adjust the tightness of the coarse handwheel to prevent the stage from sliding down. At the same time, it is also equipped with a limit device. Tighten the positioning on a good high position to prevent the objective lens from colliding with the specimen.

9 During phase contrast observation, insert the ring-shaped diaphragm slide plate corresponding to the multiple into the condenser, and move the slide plate screw to locate it. At this time, the ring-shaped diaphragm is in the light path. The lining objective lens is transferred into the light path, and the phase contrast observation can be performed.

10 When using an ultra-long working distance condenser, tighten the condenser fixing screw, take out the long working distance condenser, reinstall the ultra-long working distance condenser, tighten the condenser fixing screw, and repeat step 5.
