3. Press the [MODE] key, the working mode will switch among standard mode (STD), timing mode (IME), volt-hour mode (VH) and step-by-step mode (STEP).
Standard mode - do not turn off the output when the time comes
Timing mode - turn off the output when the time comes
Volt-hour mode - turn off the output when the product of the output voltage and the working time reaches the set value
Step-by-step mode - the output is set and executed separately by step (1-9) and mode (timing or volt-hour).
4. Press the [SELECT] key to select and set the parameters of U, I, P, T, and display the prompt in reverse, confirm the previous parameter while moving, and enter the number key to set the value of the parameter when the display is reversed .
5. After the U, I, P, T parameters are set correctly (if you make a mistake, you can press the [Clear] key, and then re-enter. The [ Clear can clear the parameter value with a reverse display prompt), press the [Start] key , start the electrophoresis instrument output program.
If there is a problem with the parameter, it will automatically display the parameter that prompts the problem.
6. If it is necessary to suspend the output after starting, in order to dispose of samples, etc., you can press the [Stop] key, it will display "Stop" and beep 3 times to remind, and display the cut-off time of the work. At this time, the instrument turns off the output and beeps, press any key to stop the beeping. After processing, if you need to continue outputting, press the [Continue] key.
7. Every time the output is started, the instrument will automatically store the set number at this time into the storage unit No. [MO]. When you need to call later , you can press the [Read] key, then press the [0] key, and then press the [OK] key to take out the last working program and execute it .
