3. After confirming that the power supply meets the requirements, turn on the "power switch" of the instrument. At this time, the "LCD" displays:
Welcome to use DYY-8C electrophoresis instrument, meanwhile, the instrument beeps 4 times, and then displays the setting value of the last work. For each repeated use of the same parameter, you can directly select Start to start the output.
4. If you want to change the value, you can press the up and down keys, and each time you press it, you can change a number; if you want to change it quickly, you can press and hold button without releasing it, and the value will change continuously and quickly, and you can release it when it reaches the desired value.
5. If you want to view and set the voltage, current and timing time, you can press the [Select] key, and the arrow will indicate the corresponding position. At the same time, its value is controlled by the up and down adjustment buttons. The range of setting the timing time is: 1 minute-99 hours and 59 minutes.
6. After pressing the [Start/Stop] key, the instrument beeps 4 times, the output starts, and the "output indicator" flashes. When the output is stable, the steady voltage/current state is indicated by whether U and I flash. When the steady voltage/steady current state changes, the instrument will automatically beep 2 times to remind the user. After the instrument outputs normally, the set values ​​Us, Is, Ts automatically change to the actual values ​​U, I, T.
7. If the expected stable value is not reached, you can do the following:
(1) Check whether the configuration of the electrophoresis sample is normal .
(2) Adjust the setting value of the corresponding voltage and current.
8. After selecting and setting Us, Is, Ts, if you do not press any key within 8 seconds, it will automatically return to display the actual value U, I, T.
9. If you want to stop the instrument when it is outputting normally, you can press the [Start/Stop] key, the output will be turned off immediately and "stop" will be displayed, and it will beep repeatedly Press the [Select] key to stop the beeping. To continue, select "go on" and to start over select "start".
