Preparation:
1. Machine installation: apply vacuum grease to the rubber ring before connecting, and tighten the clamp;
2. Connect the power cord of the Vacuum Pump;
3. Confirm that the Vacuum Pump oil has been filled, and the oil level must not be lower than the center line of the oil mirror;
4. Place the plexiglass cover on the rubber ring above the cold trap of the host, and gently rotate until the system is airtight;
5. Material pre-freezing: put the material on a tray or in a vial, and place it in a low-temperature refrigerator below 40°C for 2-4 hours to ensure that the material is freeze-dried.
Boot operation:
1. Plug in the power cord, the "total power" light on the control panel is on, and the vacuum degree display window displays the current pressure ;
2. Press and hold the "Total Power" button for 3 seconds, the cold trap temperature display window will display the current cold trap coil temperature;
3. Cover the plexiglass cover, (the multi-manifold type also needs to connect the rubber connector of the special material bottle with the plexiglass barrel), and press the "refrigeration" button. When the temperature of the cold trap is below 45°C, keep it for 20 minutes, and the precooling of the cold trap ends;
4. Take the pre-frozen material out of the low-temperature refrigerator, quickly install it on the tray rack, and cover it with a plexiglass cover after placing it well.
(For the multi-manifold type, put the mouth of the special material bottle on the connecting part, and apply a little force to ensure a firm Turn the knob at the end of the connecting piece until the handle is facing down. At this time, the special bottle is the same as the inside of the cold trap. ).
Note: This step should be done quickly;
5. Press the "Vacuum Pump" button, the Vacuum Pump will start to work, and the vacuum will be pumped for about 24 hours.
Shutdown operation:
1. Press the "Aeration Valve" button to put air into the cold trap, then press the "Vacuum Pump" button to turn off the Vacuum Pump, and press the "Refrigeration" button to turn off the compressor;
2. Lift the Vacuum Pump and take out the material; (multi-manifold type, turn the knob at the end of the special material bottle connector to the handle position upwards, at this time, air enters the bottle, and the material bottle can be removed);
3. Press the "Total Power" button for 3 seconds to power off the control system;
4. Unplug the power plug;
5. Clean up the moisture and impurities in the cold trap, and cover the vent hole to prevent dirt from entering.
Precautions:
1. The main engine is placed on the working table, and the Vacuum Pump is placed on the ground;
2. Room temperature≤32℃, relative humidity≤80%;
3. Keep the rubber sealing ring clean, never use organic solvents to scrub the plexiglass cover and sealing ring;
4. About half an hour after vacuuming, open the gas ballast valve to prevent the moisture in the air from entering the Vacuum Pump. Opening the gas ballast valve will affect the vacuum degree, and close it after half an hour;
5. If the refrigerator stops working due to misoperation, wait at least 3 minutes before restarting the refrigerator;
6. After the experiment, keep the cold trap coil dry.
