Detailed analysis of the correct operation procedures of precision Electronic Balance

The important feature of the precision electronic balance is that it does not need to measure the gravity of the weight when measuring the mass of the measured object, but uses the principle that the electromagnetic force is balanced with the gravity of the measured object. During the use of the precision electronic balance, its sensors and circuits are affected by the temperature during the working process, or some parameters of the sensor change with the working time, as well as the influence of environmental factors such as airflow, vibration, electromagnetic interference, etc., will make the Precision electronic balances drift, causing measurement errors. Among them, the influence of airflow, vibration, electromagnetic interference and other ambient temperature can be reduced to a minimum by restricting the use conditions of precision electronic balances. The temperature drift mainly comes from the influence of the ambient temperature and the internal influence of the precision electronic balance. The reasons for its formation are complex, and the resulting drift is large, which needs to be suppressed. The following is a detailed introduction to how to correctly analyze the operating procedures of precision electronic balances, hoping to help entrepreneurs use balance instruments more effectively.

The operating procedures of the precision electronic balance are as follows:

(1) Start up:

1.1 Check whether the precision electronic balance wire is connected to the power supply.

1.2 Check whether the air bubble in the precision electronic balance level is in the middle of the inner ring, if not, adjust the precision electronic balance rear foot screw to make it in the middle.

1.3 Check whether the desiccant in the precision electronic balance has changed color. If it changes color, replace the activated desiccant.

1.4 Turn on the power, press the 〔on/off〕 key, turn on the precision electronic balance, and preheat for 120 minutes.

(2) General weighing:

2.1 After the precision electronic balance is stable, 0.00000g appears, press and hold the t key to convert the desired weighing unit.

2.2 Place the container in the center of the weighing pan, and when g appears, it will be the weight of the container.

2.3 Press the t key to tare, and reset the display of the precision electronic balance to zero.

2.5 Put the sample to be weighed, and after g appears, it will be the weight of the sample.

2.6 Repeat 2.2 to 2.5 to weigh other items.

2.7 After weighing, press 〔on/off〕key to turn off the machine.

(3) Precision electronic balance calibration:

3.1 Select the calibration mode: turn on the power for the first time, wait for the precision electronic balance to warm up for 120 minutes, turn it on, press and hold the menu button immediately, after 2 seconds, set configuration appears, then release the menu button, press ↓ button 3 times until set calibration appears, press the Enter key to select the calibration mode: external (outer weight calibration) internal (internal weight calibration).

3.2 Internal weight calibration: remove everything on the weighing pan, press and hold the t key until calibration appears and then let go, the precision electronic balance starts to flash, and after about ten seconds, the precision electronic balance stops flashing, indicating that the calibration is complete.

3.3 Calibration of external weights: remove everything on the weighing pan, hold down the t key until calibration appears and then let go, 0 starts flashing, and then -100 appears, put in 100g standard weight, after about ten seconds, The precision electronic balance stops flashing, remove the weight, and the calibration is complete.

(4) Matters needing attention:

4.1 The precision electronic balance should be placed in a place without vibration, as horizontal as possible, and should be handled with care when weighing.

4.2 Items beyond the maximum weighing range (205g) cannot be weighed.

4.3 After weighing, unload the load, clean it with a soft brush, and close the door cover of the precision electronic balance.

4.4 The precision electronic balance should be adjusted every time it is placed in a new position.

(5) Maintenance method:

5.1 Avoid direct sunlight.

5.2 Usually, an activated desiccant should be placed in the precision electronic balance room to keep the precision electronic balance room dry .

5.3 Please do not use cleaning agents containing solvents or abrasives, which will cause damage to the film of the operating platform.

5.4 Please be careful not to let liquid penetrate into the precision electronic balance.

5.5 Users please do not repair, maintain or replace any parts of the precision electronic balance.
