Detail the five components of tray balance

The tray balance is a balance made of Roberwell's principle. The weighing pan can automatically move to the center position when the force is applied on the bottom plane. Pallet balance is mainly composed of five important components, so what are the five major parts of pallet balance? Let me introduce it in detail below, hoping to help entrepreneurs understand pallet balance.

Professionals from Tianma pointed out that the five major parts of the pallet balance are: the pallet balance is mainly composed of columns, beams, hanging systems, bases and braking devices.

1. The column of the tray balance is fixed vertically on the base to support the beam. The lower part of the column is equipped with an indexing plate, and the top is equipped with a bracket to support the beam when the balance is not working. A middle knife is installed in the middle of the beam. When the balance is working, the middle knife rests on the knife support connected to the top of the lifting rod as a fulcrum. There are two side knives on both sides of the middle knife, which are respectively used as the focus and power point to bear and transmit the load. There is a pointer on the bottom of the crossbeam under the middle knife, and the pointer is fixed with a center of gravity weight that can move up and down to adjust the center of gravity of the crossbeam, which plays a role in adjusting the sensitivity of the balance.

2. The top of the beam of the tray balance is engraved with a graduated scale, and there is a moving code on the scale. The two ends of the beam are also equipped with balance nuts that can adjust the balance position of the balance without load.

3. The hanging system of the tray balance includes a small ring, a hanging frame and a weighing pan. The hanging pan rack is hung on the hook of the small suspension ring, and the two side knives respectively bear the weight of the weighing pan and the gravity of the object to be weighed through the small suspension ring.

4. The base of the tray balance is equipped with two screw adjustment feet to adjust the level of the balance, and a level is placed on the base to display the level of the balance. Adjusting the level is to avoid weighing errors caused by the balance being out of level.

5. The braking device of the tray balance is mainly composed of a switch knob, a switch shaft and an eccentric cam (or connecting rod). Turn the knob to deflect the cam (or eccentric connecting rod) at a certain angle, so that the lifting rod in the column can move up and down, and the beam can be lifted or dropped through the middle knife bearing to open or close the balance.
