Experimental results
1) Through the cupping test, it is proved that the NiCr-Cr3C2 coating prepared by the HVAF process is superior to the NiCr-Cr3C2 coating prepared by the APS process in terms of the degree of bonding between the coating and the substrate, the structure and strength between the coatings.
2) The CuNiIn coating prepared by APS and HVAF process, the cupping test results all show that the coating is firmly bonded to the substrate.
