In this experiment, an international standard mold was installed on a Komatsu servo press, and the experiment was carried out on a 1.50 mm thick ST12 steel plate. The input signal is analyzed by programming through the easy-control software, and the pressure change curve of the punch and the displacement curve of the slider are obtained. The position of the slider when the punch just touches the sheet and the position of the slider when the sheet breaks can be obtained by using the punch pressure curve and slider displacement curve obtained from the data sent from the sensor. These two values ​​are subtracted to obtain the experimental cupping value.
