1. Vacuum grease
1) No. 1 Vacuum Pump oil (SY1634-70)
This standard is applicable to the Vacuum Pump oil obtained by solvent dewaxing and deep refining of natural crude lubricating oil fraction. Its code name is KK-1.
This product is suitable for sealing and lubricating various mechanical Vacuum Pumps.
2) Diffusion pump oil (SY1635-66)
This standard applies to the refined diffusion pump oil obtained from the lubricating oil fraction of natural crude oil.
This product is used as a working fluid for oil diffusion, and is divided into three grades according to the weight of its fractions.
This product complies with the following requirements:
3) 275 diffusion pump silicone oil
275 silicone oil has a very low saturated vapor pressure, good thermal stability and excellent oxidation resistance, and is used as a diffusion pump oil for ultra-high vacuum.
4) Booster pump oil
This product is the working medium of the booster pump, which has the characteristics of good anti-oxidation stability and high pumping rate.
