In the production process of mobile phone touch screens, it is inevitable that substances such as adhesives cannot be cleaned and remain on the frame of the mobile phone, resulting in product quality problems. Now there is a quick and easy way to detect whether these spilled adhesives (such as: UV-cured acrylic resin) have been washed, and there are quantitative data showing the degree of contamination residue.
The following are 2 mobile phone glass samples, and the surface of the frame has silk screen printing ink. Use the German SITA cleanliness meter to test the frame part, and it only takes more than ten seconds to get the data. Higher readings indicate more contamination and are measured in RFU, or Relative Fluorescence Units.

By testing the cleanliness of the mobile phone touch screen, the cleanliness after cleaning can be quantified. It is also possible to know the impact of these cleaning process optimization methods on improving the cleaning effect by changing the cleaning agent formula, changing the cleaning temperature, and using ultrasonic waves, so as to provide accurate data for improving cleaning stability and cleaning efficiency.
