In the luminous flux measurement process of electric light source products, using standard lamps to calibrate the standard light source luminous flux of the entire measurement system is related to the accuracy and measurement accuracy of the entire electric light source luminous flux measurement system, so it is necessary to ensure that the calibration process is accurate. The standard light source calibration process will be affected by various factors. In order to better avoid these influencing factors, this paper analyzes and discusses the possible factors in detail. The analysis is carried out from ten aspects, including the following:
1. The principle of standard light source luminous flux calibration
2. Control of the self-absorption effect of objects in the integrating sphere
3. The relative positions of optical fiber probe, standard light source, measured light source and baffle in the integrating sphere
4. Selection and matching of photoelectric parameters between the standard light source and the measured light source
5. Matching of integrating sphere with standard light source and measured light source
6. Regular calibration of standard light source
7. Measurement accuracy and automatic calibration of the spectrometer
8. Purification or parameter regulated power supply used by the standard light source and the measured light source
9. The influence of the ambient temperature of the testing laboratory on the luminous flux calibration and other environmental conditions
10. Standard operating procedure for luminous flux calibration
