At the same time, the machine is equipped with safety devices (safety valve) such as automatic venting. If the gas production reaches the set air pressure, it can automatically stop. When the air pressure exceeds the specified pressure, the safety valve will automatically vent to ensure safety. Air supply equipment commonly used for refurbishment of vehicles. Stationary compressors are mainly used in automobile painting companies or factories, and cannot be moved back and forth. They are mostly used for gas supply equipment for batch painting.
When the Air Compressor is used for spraying, it should also be used in conjunction with the oil-water separator (air filter), so that the air produced by the compressor enters the filter through the air hose (referred to as the air rope), and the oil and water in the air are separated by the filter. After the impurities are filtered, the air pipe of the filter is supplied to the Spray Gun, so that the air used for painting is clean. However, tools such as pneumatics can generally be directly connected to the compressor for use.
During the use of the Air Compressor (including the filter), water should be released once every 4 to 6 hours, so that the moisture discharged in time to ensure the cleanliness of the air.
(2) Electrostatic spraying equipment
Electrostatic spraying equipment is a type of high-precision spraying equipment. This type of equipment is composed of electrostatic Spray Guns, high-voltage electrostatic generators, and pressure paint tanks. The characteristics of spraying with electrostatic spraying equipment are that the sprayed paint mist has high density, good atomization, less paint mist flying, less paint waste, high work efficiency, and less air pollution, which can greatly improve the construction environmental conditions , which is conducive to the formation of a continuous production line or an automatic spraying production line.
① Electrostatic spraying principle
Electrostatic spraying is a painting method that uses the action of a high-voltage electric field to refine and charge the paint mist sprayed from an electrostatic Spray Gun, and deposit the paint mist on the surface of a workpiece with a different charge under the action of electrostatic gravity.
Due to the good atomization of the paint mist, the formed paint film is fine and smooth, with strong adhesion and good decoration.
