High Temperature Coating

High temperature resistant coating is a special protective coating on the surface of steel structures with high temperature oxidation and high temperature corrosion, such as bacon, flue ducts, boilers, heat exchangers, reactors, evaporators, cracking furnaces, combustion chambers and engines Exhaust pipes, etc., have traditionally used high temperature resistant coatings.

Coatings that can withstand 200°C or more for a long time in a dry environment are high-temperature resistant coatings, also known as heat-resistant paints. They can maintain certain physical and chemical properties, so that the protected objects can function normally in high temperature environments. It is widely used in high temperature corrosion protection of equipment working at high temperature, such as fumes, exhaust pipes, commercial temperature furnaces, and aerospace vehicles.

The base material for high temperature resistant coatings needs to meet the following conditions:

①Have a high degree of thermophysical stability, that is, high glass transition temperature and melting temperature; @Have a high degree of thermochemical stability, that is, high decomposition temperature;

② Resistance to high temperature oxidation or ozonation;

③It has good adhesion with the gold body.

④ The high temperature resistant performance of the high temperature resistant coating used in a dry environment is as follows:
