Test machine operation
1. Check the tightness of the drive belt, that is, press the belt in the middle of the two belts, preferably about 10 mm down with your fingers.
2. Note that the rotation direction of the motor must be consistent with the marked direction.
3. The lubricating oil in the transmission box is subject to the position exceeding the center line of the oil mark.
4. Before turning on the machine, under the condition of cutting off the power supply, turn the belt pulley several times by hand, and there should be no jamming or collision feeling.
5. Check whether the pressure regulating handle is fully unscrewed and whether the cooling water has been turned on. Only after these conditions are met can the power be turned on.
6. After the motor is started, run it for a few minutes without load, the sound should be normal, and the pressure can only be increased after observing that the material at the discharge port is sufficient and there is no obvious pulsation. The sequence of pressurization is: first slowly rotate the secondary pressure regulating handle clockwise, and then adjust the primary pressure regulating handle in the same way, when the pressure values are 20%, 40%, 60% and 80% of the rated pressure respectively At this point, let the equipment run for more than half an hour, and then run at the rated pressure for more than 3 hours. And make a good record of current and pressure, and draw a pressure-current curve.
7. Shut down. Before shutting down, turn the pressure regulating handle to the relaxed state, then turn off the main motor, and finally turn off the cooling water.
8. After the test machine, replace the lubricating oil.
daily operation
1. Start-up preparation: first open the plunger cooling water and oil cooler cooling water inlet valves, then open the inlet valve, then check the pressure regulating handle (must be in a relaxed and pressure-free state), and finally start the main motor.
2. After the discharge port discharges normally, turn the pressure regulating handle, first adjust the secondary pressure regulating handle, then adjust the primary pressure regulating handle, and slowly adjust the pressure to the working pressure. The whole process depends on the proficiency of about 1 to 3 min.
3. Shut down. First release the pressure from the pressure regulating handle, then turn off the main motor, and finally turn off the cooling water.
Precautions for operation of high pressure homogenizer
1. When adjusting the pressure, when the hand feels that the force has been exerted, the pressure must be increased very slowly.
2. The temperature of the homogeneous material should be around 65°C, and should not exceed 85°C.
3. The air content in the material should be below 2%.
4. It is strictly forbidden to start with load.
5. It is strictly forbidden to cut off materials during work.
6. The granularity of imported materials should be above 70 mesh for soft materials and above 100 mesh for hard particles. Prohibit coarse and hard impurities from entering the pump body.
7. During the operation of the equipment, it is strictly forbidden to cut off the cooling water.
8. The homogeneous valve assembly is a hard and brittle material, so it must not be knocked during assembly and disassembly.
9. Before shutting down, the residual liquid in the working chamber must be washed away with clean water.
