地坪涂料主要是指用于水泥、混凝土、石材和钢材地坪表面， 对地面起装饰和保护作用的涂料。涂膜呈现不同色彩和外观，具有 较好的装饰性。由于通常使用环氧或聚氨酷等综合性能优良的涂料 品种，其涂膜又具有坚韧、不易开裂、耐冲击、耐磨损的性能，能耐水和洗涤剂等的冲洗。用于工业厂房，还具有耐化学介质腐蚀，保护水泥地面基础长期不受侵蚀的作用。
我国的地坪涂料从最初的水泥地板用漆、船甲板漆，发展到目前的无溶剂自流平地坪涂料，水性环氧地坪涂料，以及防静电、重 防腐等功能性地坪涂料，品种已相当多，形式也多种多样。由于没 有制订统一的标准，也没有相关文献资料可以查证，仅作如下大致分类。
1. 按功能和用途分类
(1)装饰性地坪涂料 以美化、 装饰为主要作用的地坪涂料，具有防渗、 防尘、 便于消毒和清洁等功能。 常见品种有溶剂型环氧涂料、 溶剂型聚氨酷涂料、 环氧彩砂彩石涂料、 亚克力涂料等。 用 于展馆展厅、 商场超市、 候机楼、 大堂、 公园等公共场所和商业场 所， 也用于轻载工业厂房地坪。
(2)耐重载地坪涂料 普通混凝土的抗冲击和耐磨损性能较差， 表面破损后又不易修补， 所以常选择使用压砂、 砂浆等力学 性能较高的地坪涂料作保护层， 增加地坪表面抗冲击性能和承载能力。 用于重型机械制造、 飞机机库、 汽车制造、 汽车修理等 行业。
(3)重防腐地坪涂料 用于接触酸、 碱、 盐等化学腐蚀性药 品的地面， 可以有效保护水泥地板， 防止化学介质侵入对水泥地面造成的腐蚀。 有乙烯基酣重防腐地坪涂料， 聚氨酣、 酚酢环氧、 乙烯基树脂等涂料品种。 常用于电锁、 化工、 造纸、 食品制造等行业。
(4)防静电地坪涂料 提供地坪防静电功能， 表面电阻为 2. 5X104 -1.0X109， 可有效泄露静电荷， 消除静电积累和电磁干扰的危害。 按美国材料和试验协会标准(ASTM), 防静电地板分为三种， 即导静电地板；静电耗散型地板和难起静电地板。 国内常用的涂料品种有以导电包核云母粉、 导电氧化锌等。
导电填料为导电介质的溶剂型防静电地坪涂料和无溶剂环氧防静电自流平地坪涂料，以及以导电纤维作导电介质的无溶剂环氧导静电 自流平地坪涂料。已广泛应用于电子、精密仪器、粉体制造、军工生产等领域需要防静电的场所。
(5)弹性（防滑）地坪涂料玻璃化温度低于室温，断裂伸长率大千50%,取消外力作用后涂层具有较好复原性能的地 坪涂料。
(6)耐高温等特殊功能地坪涂料提供地坪特殊功能性，使用 前需做相关性能的检测。常见品种有用碎木屑等制作的抗冲击火花 地坪涂料，以及聚氨酷耐高温地坪涂料等。用于易燃易爆危险品制 造等特殊场合对上述性能有相应要求的地面。
地坪涂料的应用场所可大致归纳如下。

2. Classified by performance and composition

(3) Unsaturated polyol resin floor coatings include traditional unsaturated polyacrylic resins , and unsaturated polyacrylic resin floor coatings modified with acrylic acid (acrylic acid) and other varieties.
(4) Vinyl resin heavy-duty floor coatings mainly refer to vinyl epoxy resin heavy-duty floor coatings.
(5) Phenolic epoxy resin floor coatings are heavy-duty anti-corrosion floor coatings that can withstand high temperatures.
(6) Acrylic leisure venue decorative coatings include water-based acrylic stadium coatings and solvent- based acrylic floor decorative coatings.
(7) Chlorinated polyolefin floor coatings resistant to chemical media include perchlorethylene floor coatings, chlorinated rubber heavy-duty anti-corrosion floor coatings, etc.
(8) Polymer elastomer floor coatings need professional mechanical spraying.
3. Classified by construction process
(1) Floor paint primer is a paint . It is required to have good alkali resistance, adhesion and sealing properties. Including penetration-enhanced primer, closed primer, special primer for oily and wet substrates, etc.
(2) When the multi-layer coating is applied in the floor coating, it is constructed by scraping and other methods, and the coating that has the effect of repairing, leveling and strengthening the floor is used for the middle layer. The common varieties are solvent-free primer, solvent-based primer, water-based primer, multiple mortar primer, etc.
(3) When the floor paint topcoat is multi-layered, the paint applied to the top layer. It is required to have high strength, good wear resistance or other special functions. Including solvent-based topcoat and solvent-free self-leveling, water-based self-leveling, high solids topcoat, heavy anti-corrosion topcoat, anti-static topcoat, etc.
