Aolilong PHB-3 Portable pH Meter is a portable pH meter with LCD digital display, the measurement range is 0~14.0pH, it is suitable for domestic water, rice planting, vegetable and fruit pH, fish fry cultivation pond, industrial sewage, laboratory measurement and other fields.
The operation method of PHB-3 portable acidity meter will be introduced one by one by NBCHAO for you:
1. Open the back cover and insert the battery.
2. Connect the electrode to the BNC socket, and turn on the power (press the switch).
3. Clean the electrode with pure water and dry it, place the electrode in the pH6.86 standard solution, stir it and place it still to stabilize the display value, then adjust the positioning regulator (AP) with a small screwdriver to make the display value 6.86pH ( at 25°C). If two-point calibration is used, the second standard solution can be used again, and then the slope regulator (SLOPE) can be adjusted.
4. After the calibration is completed, clean the electrode with pure water and dry it.
5. Put the electrode in the solution to be tested, stir it a little, then place it still until the displayed value is stable, which is the pH value of the solution.
6. After the measurement, turn the power switch to OFF (release position), remove the electrode, and put on the protective cap.
Precautions for use
1. After the instrument is calibrated with a standard solution, it can be used continuously for one to two weeks, generally depending on the sample condition, electrode performance and use times.
2. The instrument should avoid high-humidity environment and corrosive gas, especially for BNC plugs and sockets.
3. If the displayed value becomes blurred or not displayed. Or when the error of the displayed value is large, the battery needs to be replaced.
4. After the standard solution is used up, the standard buffer can be used to prepare by itself: take 250ml of distilled water or pure water with a volumetric flask, pour it into the sample to fully dissolve the reagent, and then put it in a glass bottle or a polyene bottle and store it in a sealed low-humidity (5~ 10°C).
