Universal
At present, the more common international color code is RAL standard color, which is launched by RAL German Institute for Quality Assurance and Certification. Generally used by many companies and research units, even some special occasions, these samples also include many safety and signal colors, in line with German standards and international 150 norms. Therefore, the establishment of WISCO's color code refers to the RAL standard, and on this basis, the number of code digits is increased to indicate the type of special coating, which is convenient for market recognition and acceptance.
standardization
The purpose of unification is to eliminate the confusion caused by unnecessary diversity. According to the principles of moderation, equivalence, and professionalism, by integrating the needs of different users and formulating a unified color code, the confusion caused by inconsistent codes and symbols and inconsistent understanding can be overcome. Otherwise, with the continuous development of production, the large quantity and variety will not only be labor-intensive, but also prone to errors.
simplify
The purpose of simplification is to control the blind expansion of colors, eliminate unnecessary types, and make the color system more concise and reasonable. By simplifying the established color system, it not only has guiding significance for the current production, but also can prevent and control unnecessary complexity in a certain period of time and within a certain range.
